The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA)

ATSA (the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers) has set up a blog that is accessible to all. Traditionally the majority of ATSA's communication has been internal and only available to members with the exception of ATSA's journal "Sexual Abuse: A Journal of Research & Treatment".

SAIN is excited to see the launch of this blog to the public which allows for more information to be provided to the public and especially clinician in the field of practice of sexual abuse. Now we don't have to wait for the next journal to be published to learn about trends and new information in our field of practice. In addition, the blog allows for a more interactive experience through the use of a comment section so you can post comments and questions about the topics and get to see and read what other think about those topics and also hear back directly from the author of the article.

In addition, the "resident editor" of the new blog is our very own Robin Wilson who is the new president of Florida ATSA and is also the clinical director of Florida's civil commitment center (i.e. - Jimmy Ryce facility) so the blog kind of has a local twist on it for us Floridian's.
