Sexual Offenders and Predators [LPCC]: Revises various provisions relating to adult and juvenile sexual offender and sexual predator registration, reregistration, reporting, and notification. Specifies additional information that must be provided. Redefines the term "sexual offender" to revise the criminal offenses that qualify a person as a sexual offender for the purpose of requiring a sexual offender who is under the supervision of the DOC but is not incarcerated to register, etc. Related bill HB 473.
